Job Description:
The Location Manager is responsible for the daily operations of their location.
This includes, but is not limited to, working with the Lead Driving Instructor on the design and fulfillment of group bookings, site inspections, and special events, coordinating the training of instructors with the Events Manager from LRNA, and working on personal and staff development.
This position reports directly to the Events Manager and also works closely with the Head Instructor (LRE).
Duties:
Maintain LRE store and office area.
Manage staff on daily basis Manage facilitation of bookings current and future.
Manage payment information for bookings Work closely and form integral working relations with resort partners.
Responsible for putting together daily/weekly staff work schedules.
Ongoing personal and staff training coordination Requirements:
Clean driving record.
You must notify LRE immediately of any driving citations (past, current or future); especially DUI citations.
CPR Certified (or ability to take the course) First Aid Cert.
(ability to complete Red Cross course) Ability to be a team leader and motivator Ability to work in groups as well as individually Ability to facilitate last minute changes and bookings.
Must be able to work 7 days a week year round including weekends and holidays.
Office hours are generally 830am-5pm.
Accommodation may be made available upon request.
Responsible for covering any office shifts that cannot be covered by other staff.
Be willing to travel and adjust schedule at the last minute.
All other duties as assigned.
An employee's first ninety (90) days of employment are on a trial basis and are considered a continuation of the employment selection process.
