Receive requests for service Troubleshooting / diagnose issues (Local & wide Area Network, servers, firewalls) Install, configure, and upgrade OS & software Basic Desktop support (install, assemble, configure PC and hardware) Make hardware/software recommendations Coordinate installs and moves in departments, configure workstations Etc.
