The Preserve's 20,000 acres are home to a lively community of just under 300 families and a team of talented staff.
Our Gatehouse at 1 Rancho San Carlos Road is just a few minutes from Highway 1 in Carmel.
The Gatehouse is the first impression of The Preserve and provides secure access to The Preserve.
The Gate Host provides excellent service to the members and guests of the Santa Lucia Preserve, as well as to vendors, contractors and team members.
This position works three day shifts of 7.
30 am - 3 pm on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Key Responsibilities include:
Meet and greet all members, guests, vendors, contractors and team members.
Coordinate requests for gate access.
Execute vehicle tag installation, access pass distribution and associated record keeping.
Coordinate the delivery of mail, packages, communications or other requests as vehicles proceed through the gate.
Communicate with appropriate departments as vehicles go through the gate for reservations, activities, meetings or arrival at residences.
Work with all Preserve entities to ensure a seamless experience Coordinate with Preserve Security regrading executing emergency protocols and security dispatch.
