Key AccountabilitiesAct as liaison between the client and the hotel for all client needs.
Meet and greet clients while on site and field subsequent communications.
Attend events, welcoming guests upon arrival and re-confirming set-up, and food and beverage need.
Create BEO's and ensure client contractual agreements are carried out.
Maximize event revenues by upsellingManage the catering day-to-day operation via scheduling, payroll, recruiting, planning, controlling, and analyzing all aspects of the department.
General Requirements Prior experience in event planning requiredBachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferredAbility to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervisionExceptional customer service with excellent communication Benefits We Offer:
